Haas manager Gunther Steiner said that the team was generally satisfied with the previous season, despite the instability of performances.


Haas managed to earn a total of 37 points and finished in 8th place in the Constructors` Championship. Moreover, more than half of these points were earned in just two Grand Prix.


Yes, we would have preferred smoother performances. But if you have ups, that`s already good. When you have an unstable season, and it is full of ups and downs, it is very exhausting. Because during ups you feel like you are soaring, and after downs you have to recover for a long time. And this is not easy. But in the end, it`s better to ride such a roller coaster than to have a season like we had in 2021-when the team only had downfalls.


We know that we can improve in the new season. We just need more stability. This is what we are working on. And this is one of the reasons why we decided to invite an experienced racer, " said Steiner.
